• Select the correct category.

• Upload clear photos of your item.

• Write a short but detailed description.

• Add your contact info and submit.
  Your ad will be reviewed and published shortly.

Yes! Posting ads and browsing items on Vitu Mtaani is completely free. However, we offer premium ad placements if you want your listing to get more views and sell faster.

Open the ad and use the phone number or chat option provided. We encourage users to communicate clearly and meet in public places when closing deals.

1. Meet in well-lit public areas.

2. Never send money in advance.

3. Inspect the item before payment.

4. Avoid sharing personal financial details.
   We do our part by verifying users, but always stay alert.

Ads may be rejected for several reasons, such as:

• Inappropriate content or images

• Wrong category

• Duplicate ad

• Prohibited items
  You’ll get a message explaining why, and you can edit and resubmit your ad.

Free ads are visible for 30 days. After that, you can renew the ad or repost it. Premium ads stay at the top for up to 7 or 14 days, depending on the package.

Yes! Just log into your account, go to “My Ads”, and click Edit or Delete next to the listing you want to change.

We don’t allow:

• Illegal items or substances

• Weapons and explosives

• Adult content

• Stolen or counterfeit goods

• Any item that violates Kenyan law
